My vehicle had a warranty item that needed to be ordered. My customer service representative "Courtney" ordered my part and called me when it arrived and scheduled my vehicle for service. Courtney knew I was short on time for the service but she told me she would make it happen. I showed up at the time we agreed upon and Courtney immediately took my vehicle back to service. It was done in 30 minutes and I was shocked. She made me feel like a valued customer. I love dealing with Courtney as she knows me by name and always makes sure my service is completed to my satisfaction. She listens to my concerns and always follows-up with a call a few days after the service. Chevrolet needs more people like her working for them. THANKS COURTNEY!!
