Your prices are competitive and service is good. More comfortable seating in the lounge would be nice (I had a two hour wait). A remote control for the T.V. So I don't get stuck watching an extreme left wing news channel would be nice too. The soda machines don't take credit cards, (the vending company you have offers these). A soda and a candy bar or a bag of chips while I waited would earn you five stars. One nice note though, a nice lady came through the lounge and offered to make me a cup of coffee, that was very nice. I don't drink coffee, but I really appreciated the offer. These are minor improvements but treating your customers like guests will pay for itself in the long run. There are plenty of places to get your vehicle serviced out there, you have the oppertunity to stand out above the rest with only a few minor improvements.

My truck came back with all kind of codes. They hardly ever called me to tell me my truck was done. I spent a lot of money for just an oil change and plus I didn't get my point on my card. I am very disappointed with the service.

2013 express cargo van factory recommended service oil change, lube, tire rotation and inspection. Arrived at 3:00 pm and out by 4:00 very satisfied with speed of service & friendliness of staff.

My wife took our 2013 Averlance in for a...
My wife took our 2013 Averlance in for a power steering leak and an oil change. She told me the person that she frist talked to, I am guessing one of the Service Mangers. He seamed to be a little rude with her at first and that she was kind of upset with that. She was not happy with the way she was treated. Come to find out the power steering rack was leaking and needed to be replaced. The work came out fine and the oil change was completed, Thanks, the work was done in a resanable time and we got our vechale back that same day.
