My wife took our 2013 Averlance in for a...
My wife took our 2013 Averlance in for a power steering leak and an oil change. She told me the person that she frist talked to, I am guessing one of the Service Mangers. He seamed to be a little rude with her at first and that she was kind of upset with that. She was not happy with the way she was treated. Come to find out the power steering rack was leaking and needed to be replaced. The work came out fine and the oil change was completed, Thanks, the work was done in a resanable time and we got our vechale back that same day.

The primary purpose of the visit was to...
The primary purpose of the visit was to address 2 recall procedures for our new SRX (sport shift reprogram and Cue reporgram). I was greeted promptly and immediately provided with a loaner vehicle as the recall fixes were expected to take over a day, which they did. The secondary purpose of the visit was to isolate an intermittant "buzzing/rattling" sound eminating from the pneumatic door on the console below the navigation screen. Unfortunately, the technicians could not duplicate this issue. After the service was completed, my Salesman, J.C. Phillips spent about a half hour showing me the new Cue updates and paired my phone to the new system. Your team did a great job.
